Additional Fees
There’s a 10.5% Lake County accommodation tax, a one-time $120 Cleaning Fee per stay, and fully-refundable $500 Security Deposit in addition to quoted rental rates.
Additional Conditions
Weekday & Weekend Dates require a 2-Night Minimum stay. Many Holiday Dates require a 3-Night Minimum stay. Special Dates* which include some Holidays & Events require a 5-Night Minimum stay. *Special Dates include: April 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17; May 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17; July 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5; November 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28; December 22, 23, 24, 25 & 26; December 28, 29, 30, 31 & January 1;
One well-trained dog is welcome with additional $25/night Pet Fee and a one-time $35 Pet Cleaning Fee per stay.
